Ms. Ileen Chang Vice President Operations; Finance & Administration

Ms. Chang is an experienced manager with excellent financial analysis and planning skills complemented by diversified operating experience. She has 12 years of corporate managerial experience in disciplines including business planning and budgeting, marketing, product management and operations, as well as financial analysis. She brings financial rigor, energy and commitment to operational excellence to CardSmith and its core disciplines.

At Student Advantage, Ms. Chang directed a staff of 12 responsible for developing, managing, and operating the SA Cash business and managed the business planning function for SA Cash and other major lines of business. She spent the majority of her career with AT&T's Consumer Division, where she honed her business analysis skills in support of pricing actions, promotional and partnership marketing, network and capital investments and strategic plans and proposals.
