Ms. Chang is an experienced financial and business executive with extensive skills in both financial and operations management. She has managed the Finance function and business operations at CardSmith since its inception. She has nearly 15 years of corporate managerial experience in disciplines including business planning and budgeting, marketing, product management and operations, as well as financial analysis. She brings financial rigor, energy and commitment to operational excellence to CardSmith and its core disciplines.
Prior to joining CardSmith, Ms. Chang directed the team at Student Advantage, Inc. responsible for developing, managing, and operating the SA Cash business, and managed the business planning function for SA Cash and other major lines of business. She started her career with AT&T's Consumer Division in pricing, promotional and partnership marketing, network and capital investments analytics and major business case analysis.
