Mr. Jay P. Summerall President & Founder

Jay Summerall has been a friend of higher education and a driving force in the campus card market for more than a decade. As Chief Operating Officer of Student Advantage, Inc. for nearly 3 years, he directed the development and growth of SA Cash - a solution set for campus card programs - and managed the company's other major businesses. SA Cash grew to 25 major campuses and became an industry standard in 2 years prior to its acquisition by a third party in 2003.

At AT&T Corp., Mr. Summerall orchestrated a significant corporate initiative that integrated calling card functionality and AT&T branding into campus cards at more than 50 major institutions from 1997-1999. He was General Manager of AT&T's College and University Solutions unit in 1998-1999, overseeing the company's core consumer communications and card services for students and institutions. Mr. Summerall began his 8 year AT&T career with AT&T Universal Card Services, a credit and calling card issuing subsidiary that won the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award in its third full-year of operations. He oversaw the launch of the Universal Card to the college market in 1995.
