Flexible image capture and card printing and production solutions, with complete encoding and account numbering tools and protocols.
We will retrofit your installed system or supply a cost-effective card production solution fully-integrated with our transaction processing system.
We can support your card production needs with mag stripe or proximity and contactless options.
Cardholder Care
Toll-free help desk for students and parents private labeled for your program, staffed and managed in-house by CardSmith at our Pennsylvania Operations Center. Optional payment processing service to accept, process, post and deposit bank card and check payments for cardholder accounts by phone and mail. Use this service for a fully-outsourced cardholder care solution or to supplement your on-site support operations.

Compliment your toll-free help desk with CardSmith's Self-Service Card Station - ideal for busy locations such as libraries, copy centers, and computer/print labs. The station enables existing cardholders to check a card account balance and re-value using cash. An optional card dispensing module enables campus guests to purchase and use visitor cards.

Off-Campus Program
Professional off-campus merchant service that’s fully integrated with your program’s operation on-campus. Students and other cardholders use the same pre-paid spending account they use on-campus to make purchases at off-campus businesses and select e-commerce merchants. This turn-key management solution for off-campus acceptance of the campus card includes merchant recruitment, contracting, terminal procurement and installation, acceptance signage, marketing support, technical support, automated daily ACH settlement, monthly statements, and fee collection. Revenue sharing offer earns royalty income for your campus.
In addition, our Campus Cash® program offers reciprocal acceptance with other CardSmith programs, enabling your ID Card to work at off-campus accepting locations from neighboring campuses, and vice versa.
